Hello from TASTEDEV,
We would like to introduce TASTEREMOTE, a remote desktop project that lets you view and control a remote computer through a web browser. Install the host app on the PC you want to access, then connect from a browser without installing a separate viewer app. You can use the TASTEDEV-operated server or run your own server.
TASTEREMOTE is under active development as we continue to improve its features and stability. Depending on your setup, you may encounter bugs or features that are not yet fully polished. Please review the supported operating systems and known limitations before getting started.
If you run into a problem or have feedback, please leave a comment or question on the product page. Including your operating system, TASTEREMOTE version, and the steps that led to the issue will help us investigate and improve the project.

For setup instructions and development updates, follow the development log through the Learn more link below.
There is still work to do, and your feedback will help us improve TASTEREMOTE step by step. Thank you for your interest, for trying the project, and for sharing your experience with us.
The TASTEDEV Team
React Native 0.88.0 was released as stable on 2026-10-15. It adds public C++ umbrella headers and recommends react-native/setup-env instead of InitializeCore. EventTarget API additions and some DevTools features target canary or experimental channels; they should not all be treated as stable-channel features.
Released on 2026-10-16, Electron 44.8.0 and 42.11.15 fix persistent net.fetch and session.fetch failures after Network Service restarts and utilityProcess messages lost just before exit. Version 44.8.0 adds Notification action buttons on Linux; 42.11.15 fixes Linux crashes at startup or on theme changes with GTK modules loaded. These stable releases warrant regression checks for network recovery and message delivery during shutdown.
FastAPI 0.143.3 is a stable release fixing serialization of non-finite floats in JSONL and SSE streams. Services handling NaN or infinity in streaming responses should consider regression checks at this boundary.
Inside Java introduced JEP 545 on 2026-10-16 as a plan targeted to JDK 28. It aims to shorten startup and warmup by changing how ZGC acquires and prepares physical memory; this is not a stable JDK release announcement. JVM service developers can distinguish forthcoming implementation from measurements on real workloads.
The official Go blog introduces interactive refactoring available in gopls v0.24.0 and vscode-go v0.56.0. It collects input for adding or removing struct tags and generating interface methods; the LSP extension remains a proposal. Moving declarations is a preview for a future release and should be distinguished from currently available features.
The Next.js team shares a case study applying partial prefetching and caching from 16.4 to v0. Tests using instant() check the UI available before a click, while large lists prefetch on hover, focus or touch. This is a vendor case study, not a new version release. Traffic and other deployments also affected costs, so changes cannot be attributed solely to this work.
Search /config and see which settings apply immediately, steer a running response with a follow-up, and stop Code Mode and nested tool calls on interruption. Independent read-only skill and memory lookups can run in parallel. Official GitHub and npm stable distributions were verified.
